HARRIS DESK

This it the second iteration of our Harris desk. This one features a dramatic book match of figured maple for the desktop. A hint of live edge on the leading edge pays tribute to this beautiful material way back when it was a log in nearby cemetery. Two inclusions on the far right corner are inlaid with bird’s eye maple. Each hand dovetailed drawer runs smoothly in the mitered walnut case. The center drawer houses a sliding tray, fitted with a carved pencil tray. The figured walnut pulls are delicately dovetailed into the drawer fronts. Come out to the shop and try it on for size!
